On December 5, 2019, the former Intourist - Krasnodar Hotel began its work under the new brand - Crowne Plaza Krasnodar - Centre. The process of complete transformation affected both the entire modernization of engineering and security systems, and affected the service: in all services, high-quality standards of work and guest services for the Crowne Plaza brand were introduced.
